The Opportunity:

Join the Housekeeping team at Crystalbrook Collection and take pride in creating beautifully presented spaces that make every guest feel at home. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across our guest rooms.

Working closely with the Executive Housekeeper and a supportive wider team, this casual role offers 24-38 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional shifts. You take pride in your work, notice the little details, and find genuine satisfaction in creating calm, comfortable spaces for our guests to enjoy. • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning within a hotel environment (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in room presentation and cleanliness
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• A proactive and positive attitude with pride in maintaining high standards
• Friendly, professional communication and genuine care for guest satisfaction
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
