Due to continued growth, the Geelong Automotive Service Department is on the lookout for a Service Advisor to join our highly experienced and professional team.

We're seeking a motivated, reliable individual with the following attributes:

• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail
• A genuine interest in the automotive and transport industry
• Previous dealership experience (car or truck) is highly regarded
• A "can-do" attitude and strong team spirit
• Sound computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office
• A current driver's licence (essential)

• Welcoming and assisting customers in person and over the phone
• Creating and processing repair orders and sales reports
• Updating internal systems and liaising with workshop and parts departments
• Keeping customers informed on their vehicle's service or repair progress
• Providing clear and accurate updates on work completed

As a Service Advisor, you'll become a key point of contact for our customers—ensuring they're kept well-informed and satisfied every step of the way. This front-line role requires a polished, professional appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude.
