Your opportunity: Become a Swim Teacher

Do you want a fun, flexible, and impactful role that helps kids learn skills for life? As a State Swim Teacher, you'll deliver engaging, safe, and enjoyable lessons that build confidence and joy in the water.

New to Swim Teaching? No Problem

You don't need to be an elite swimmer — just bring your passion for working with children and we'll handle the rest.

Here's how we'll get you started:

  • We'll help you complete your teaching qualification with one of the Registered Training Providers.
  • You'll get 20 hours of hands-on training with one of our awesome, qualified Swim Teachers.
  • You'll learn the proven State Swim method so you can teach with confidence from day one

Availability requirements:

We're looking for team members who can work weekday mornings and afternoons, plus weekend mornings.
