We're now looking for an inspiring and experienced
Store Manager
to lead our high-performing team and deliver exceptional results.

About the Role

As our
Store Manager,
you will take full ownership of your store's performance and customer experience. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a passionate team to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences
  • Driving sales and maximising profitability through strategic planning and performance management
  • Ensuring inventory integrity by minimising stock loss and maintaining accurate stock levels
  • Managing visual merchandising and store presentation to align with brand standards
  • Fostering a positive, engaging, and ethical working environment
  • Upholding high service standards and consistently meeting key performance indicators
  • Managing your team's performance, training and the recruitment of new staff sales staff.

About You

We're seeking a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment. You will bring:

  • At least 3+ years proven experience managing or supervising in a premium or high-volume retail or hospitality setting
  • Strong business and commercial acumen, with a results-driven mindset
  • A hands-on approach and a commitment to leading by example
  • The ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and embodying the Bath & Body Works brand.
  • Qualification in business, sales or marketing are highly regarded.
