We stock TCGs, figurines, graded cards, comics, vintage merch, smoking accessories and lifestyle gear from top brands like RAW, King Palm and Crop Kingz.

The Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. You'll be the face of the store, helping customers find that perfect card, comic, or collectible while keeping the space running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, knowledgeable manner
  • Create a fun, welcoming in-store experience
  • Process sales via POS and handle cash/card transactions
  • Restock shelves and maintain store presentation
  • Learn and stay up to date with products (TCG trends, new stock, promotions, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
  • Work well in a small team and independently

About You:

  • A love for collectibles, TCGs, anime, comics, or pop culture
  • Retail/customer service experience (preferred but not required)
  • Great communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
  • Able to work weekends or flexible hours
  • Hold a valid NSW License (preferred but not required)
