Job Description

Are you a bubbly human bean with a love for great chats, coffee and making people's holidays extra special? We want YOU to join our crew at the NRMA Darlington Beach Resort Café

What You'll Do:

  • Serve up smiles (and more) to our wonderful guests
  • Deliver top notch customer service, making every guest feel like a VIP
  • Keep things sparkling clean and follow all safety and hygiene standards
  • Show off those barista skills (if you've got them – bonus points)
  • Work closely with a passionate team to create memorable holiday moments
  • The café is open 7 days a week, 7am–9pm
  • Most shifts will be in the evening – perfect for those who shine after dark

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in a café, restaurant, bistro, or any customer-facing role
  • A personality that's as bubbly as our cappuccino foam – friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help
  • Strong customer service skills – no request is too small
  • Ability to keep things safe, clean, and running smoothly
  • RSA certification – a must
  • Barista skills? Even better
