The Ville Resort-Casino on a permanent Full-Time basis. THE ROLE As our Assistant Venue Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional service within our restaurant venues.

You'll take charge of delivering a remarkable guest experience, guiding our team with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Your leadership will be vital in upholding our high standards and continuously elevating the guest experience. ABOUT YOU

• Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality, Retail, Business, or related field is highly advantageous;
• Previous experience at a managerial level including competence in rostering and wage cost control;
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Statement of Attainment;
• Current Responsible Management of Licensed Venues Certificate and Approved Manager's License;
• Previous experience responding to and resolving disputes relating to the Responsible Service of Alcohol;
• Demonstrated understanding of restaurant, barista and/or bar practices;
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer and wines;
• Leadership and management skills;
• Demonstrated computer literacy skills;
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers and guests;
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure;
• Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills;
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, nights and public holidays;
• Team player and hands on with the flexibility to help and support your colleagues; and
• Demonstrated knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
