As an Associate Consultant at ADAPTOVATE, you'll combine your consulting experience with technical curiosity to bridge strategy, execution and human performance – helping clients achieve meaningful and lasting transformation.
What You'll Do- Strategic Analysis & Advisory: Analyse markets, industries and organisations to identify opportunities and risks, and provide data-driven recommendations that align with client objectives.
- Business Process Improvement: Support the diagnosis of operational inefficiencies and the design of streamlined processes that improve productivity, reduce costs and enhance customer experience.
- Transformation: Support change initiatives by coordinating activities, facilitating stakeholder discussions and ensuring smooth adoption of new practices and technologies.
- Project Delivery: Work with project teams to plan, monitor and deliver transformation initiatives, tracking milestones and supporting quality outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Help build strong client relationships through effective communication, collaboration and workshop support to drive lasting impact.
- AI-Driven Business Solutions: Advise clients on embedding AI into business strategy to enhance decision-making, optimise operations and drive innovation, while managing ethical and organisational considerations.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- 3+ years of experience in consulting or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex challenges and deliver clear recommendations.
- Proven experience in process improvement, operating model design, or digital transformation.
- Excellent project and program management capabilities, with a track record of delivering outcomes in complex environments.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, able to present insights clearly to senior executives.
- Experience in facilitating training sessions and workshops.
- Proficiency in client presentation development.
- Awareness of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation trends, with a practical understanding of how they impact industries and business models.
- Experience in assessing opportunities for AI adoption (e.g., operational efficiency, decision-making, customer experience).
- Ability to translate technical AI concepts into business implications and guide clients on adoption strategies.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in diverse environments and travel as needed.
