About the Role:
As Chef de Partie, you'll be a key player in delivering high-quality meals and exceptional culinary experiences. Working closely with the kitchen team, you'll lead by example in portion control, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. 

Key Responsibilities

•    Maintaining impeccable hygiene standards and practices across the kitchen.


•    Training, mentoring, and developing junior kitchen staff to foster a culture of excellence.


•    Overseeing the preparation and presentation of food to meet the expectations of our diverse clientele.


•    Collaborating with the team across our multifaceted kitchens to ensure smooth operations during peak times and special events.


•    This is a full-time opportunity for a passionate chef eager to take on a new challenge and progress within a fast-paced, high-energy hotel environment. 

Skills & Experience:

•    Passion for excellence and great attention to detail in every dish you create.


•    Solid experience in high-quality restaurant operations – quality is what we strive for.


•    Solid understanding of food cost and production processes, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste.


•    Trade cooking qualifications (Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery) are essential.


•    A strong leadership style and work ethic, with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
