We're looking for a versatile chef who loves the variety of kitchen life but also has a soft spot for baking. If you're confident behind the stove, curious about the craft of pastry, and enjoy early mornings with your afternoons free — this could be the perfect next step.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, full-time position working across both the kitchen and bakery sides of our operation.

You'll assist with daily food preparation and menu service, while also supporting our pastry and bread production team.

You'll have the chance to expand your baking skills — with on-the-job training provided for the right person who's eager to learn and grow.

Hours:

  • Full-time, early starts (around 4am)
  • Early finishes – enjoy your afternoons off
  • Weekend availability required

We're Looking For

  • A qualified or experienced chef who enjoys both savoury and sweet work
  • Some prior baking experience or strong interest in learning more
  • Confident in a kitchen environment – organised, fast, and detail-oriented
  • Positive, motivated, and a quick learner
  • Enjoys early mornings and the structure of bakery life
