Bamford Wellness Spa offers a tranquil sanctuary within our nature inspired hotel, consisting of beautiful therapy rooms, a fully fitted fitness area, pool (sauna/steam room) and wellness programs. Our Director of Spa & Wellness will create nature-inspired luxury wellness experiences for all our guests while building collaborative relationships to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Creating industry-leading wellness destinations and offer holistic facial and body treatments designed to nurture and restore. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the spa facilities, including maximising daily revenue
• Develop and planning to position Bamford Spa as a leader in the luxury wellness sector
• Spearhead initiatives in line with our values and sustainability ethos
• Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests and external
• Manage all operational areas, including facility maintenance, procurement, scheduling, inventory control
• Maintain complete knowledge of all Bamford Spa products

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience leading a high performing team
• Qualifications relevant to role
• Previous experience in the luxury, lifestyle wellness, ideally hotel background
