Are you a night owl looking for an exciting opportunity? {NAME} (GYG) in Fairy Meadow, Australia, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Over-Night Crew. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are available for shifts from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests
  • Prepare and craft authentic Mexican dishes, including burritos and other menu items
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant during overnight hours
  • Restock fridges and perform basic food preparation tasks
  • Handle cash and process payments accurately
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during the night shift
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
  • Assist with any additional tasks as required to support the overnight operations
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service
  • Willingness to undertake a Responsible Service of Alcohol course
  • Ability to work overnight shifts from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am
  • Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
  • Basic food preparation skills and knowledge of food safety practices
  • Keen attention to detail, particularly in food handling and presentation
  • Strong team player mentality with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
