We are looking for a new member to join our Mandurah showroom team to help people identify and select appropriate mobility equipment and daily living aids. Our business

For over 18 years, Emprise Mobility has been helping individuals suffering mobility challenges arising from age, disability or illness to enjoy more everyday living in every day.

Our growing mobility equipment business sells, hires and services mobility equipment and daily living aids in Perth and Peel.

Our products range from simple items such as crutches and shower chairs to automatic beds, electric mobility scooters and recline/lift chairs.

About the role

If you have experience working in retail showrooms, you are a customer-focused, compassionate, well-organised individual who likes every day to be a little different and get joy from helping people select products that make a real difference in their lives, then this could be your next role

Daily tasks will typically include:

  • Complete retail sales in showroom.
  • Organise delivery and handover of equipment through our warehouse/deliveries team.
  • Liaise with allied health professionals (e.g. Occupational Therapists) to provide advice on products and organise product trials.
  • Provide consulting, prepare quotes and complete sales administration activities for orders for equipment that will be purchased by organisations on behalf of their clients.
  • Respond to email requests for information and order enquiries.
  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the retail showroom.
  • Participate in the Saturday morning showroom roster, working every 2nd or 3rd Saturday morning (outside of this, working hours are Mon-Friday only, no late nights)

Skills and Experience Required

  • Good people skills with a friendly & positive manner
  • Good communicator with excellent presentation
  • Sensitivity to those who are elderly and/or disabled.
  • A quick learner with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Can work independently and in a team.
  • Very well organised.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to be flexible and to "read between the lines".
