  • GraniteHill is a modern 85-bed residential aged care facility, including a 10-bed memory support unit and respite care, designed to support our community as they age and require increased care and services
  • Exercise physiology services, a community gym and exercise programs
  • Access to allied health and social support services in partnership with local providers
  • The Bowerbird Opportunity Shop selling great value items and supporting the work and activities of Euroa Health

The Opportunity

We're seeking After Hours Registered Nurses in Charge, Enrolled Nurses and Medication-Endorsed Personal Care Attendants to join our team, offering part-time, or casual positions specifically for night shifts. As a team member, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering patient-centered care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and care.

What You'll Need

  • Relevant qualifications or tertiary degree
  • Previous experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A current NDIS Worker's Check and WWCC are essential
  • Willingness to work night shift
  • Permanent Australian work rights or valid working visa required
