DUTIES:

  • Conducting stock takes & maintaining stock levels in the workshop
  • Loading and unloading trucks & ensuring that materials are receipted correctly and assigned to their designated projects
  • Booking freight, packing & dispatching goods
  • Ordering consumable materials needed by trades
  • Ensuring the yard and immediate work area is clean, safe and presentable at all times
  • Compliance with, and implementation of WHS policies and procedures

ABOUT YOU:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, plus industry experience desirable
  • Minimum AU C Class manual Licence (HR Licence Highly desirable)
  • Forklift ticket essential
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication & organisation skills
  • Sound knowledge of safe work practices, including manual handling
  • Exposure to ERP systems advantageous
  • Qualifications in warehousing or similar strongly considered
