About the Opportunity

We are inviting Expressions of Interest from proven senior leaders in intensive livestock or large-scale agricultural operations who are ready to play a pivotal role in shaping operational excellence, culture, and strategic direction.

This is an opportunity for high-level managers seeking a national platform — people who have successfully led multi-site teams, driven measurable performance improvements, and navigated the complexity of large farming or food-production enterprises.

Key focus areas include:

  • Leading and mentoring farm and regional managers to achieve high performance and consistency
  • Overseeing productivity, efficiency, and compliance across multiple sites
  • Managing budgets, CAPEX, and infrastructure development projects
  • Embedding best practice in WHS, animal welfare, biosecurity, and environmental management
  • Collaborating with executive leadership to deliver long-term strategic outcomes

About You

You are a confident and commercially astute leader with experience in managing multi-site or multi-division operations. Your leadership style combines accountability with empowerment, and you bring the ability to balance strategic oversight with operational execution.

We are particularly interested in leaders who can demonstrate:

  • Proven success managing people, performance, and budgets at scale
  • Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and strategic thinking
  • Deep understanding of intensive livestock production, agribusiness, or food manufacturing
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management capability
  • A commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and high standards of animal welfare

Tertiary qualifications in Agriculture, Business, or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
