What You Will Be Doing

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver subject matter expertise in endpoint protection, identity management, encryption, SIEM, incident response, firewalls, and threat hunting across IT and OT environments.
  • Assist in achieving compliance with the IEC 62443 cyber security standard for industrial control systems and operational technology.
  • Investigate, respond to, and report on security incidents and threats in both IT and clinical OT domains.
  • Analyse technical security risks and recommend enhancements to existing security products and new applications.
  • Support forensic analysis and evidence documentation for regulatory investigations.
  • Advise on implementing security controls without disrupting operational services.
  • Consult with business and clinical teams on cyber security policies, controls, and processes.
  • Monitor emerging security technologies and trends.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies (e.g. ACSC) during cyber-related emergencies.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain security tools and products.
  • Produce and act on security incident and policy violation reports.
  • Contribute to security awareness training programs.
