Role Description

This is a casual position on-site role for a Painter Blaster located in Dampier, WA. The Painter Blaster will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes using various painting techniques. Day-to-day tasks include surface preparation, spray painting, applying coatings, and carrying out touch-ups as necessary. The Painter Blaster will also need to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Paint, Painting, and Spray Painting skills
• Experience in Painting and Decorating, and Coatings
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring high-quality finishes
• Strong understanding of safety standards and practices
• Prior experience in an industrial setting is a plus
• Relevant certifications and qualifications in painting or industrial coatings
• MSIC strongly recommended
• Drivers licence
