Join the Swan Dive Crew

Are you passionate about the ocean, creating memorable customer experiences and enjoy working in a fast paced dynamic team? We're looking for enthusiastic and experienced Dive Instructors to join our crew this season

The Position:

  • Guide scuba diving and snorkel tours to a range of dive sites
  • Teach the full range of SDI courses, from Discover Scuba to Divemaster
  • Assist with deckhand duties
  • Customer service - shop duties, phone calls, tank fills, etc.
  • General duties
  • October April 2026

Position Requirements

Essential:

  • SDI Dive Instructor Certification (or willing to crossover to SDI)
  • At least 1 year experience as a Dive Instructor
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a desire to create quality experiences
  • Availability for the duration of the season

Desirable:

  • Nitrox, Wreck and Deep specialty instructor certification
