Role Title: Dispensary Operator
Pay Rate: $37.49 per hour + super
Start Date: ASAP
Shift Times: 6am–2pm one week, 8am–4pm the next week
Duration: Ongoing 5 days a week for the right candidate

About You:
- Must have equivalent visa or work rights to work 37.5 hours weekly
- Previous experience in blending, compounding, or production, preferably in the cosmetics or chemical industry.
- Ability to read and interpret formulations, technical data sheets, and quality control documentation.
- Familiarity with blending equipment, measuring instruments, and basic computer applications.
- Strong focus on precision, consistency, and quality control.
- Physically fit: Ability to work in a production environment, including standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
About Us/Role:
- Measure and mix liquid ingredients per established formulations.
- Assist the liquid blending compounders and monitor blending processes, conducting checks for product consistency and quality.
- Record production data and assist in quality assurance tests.
- Follow health, safety, and environmental protocols.
- Adhere to SOPs and regulatory requirements in the cosmetics industry.
- Collaborate with chemists and supervisors to optimize blending processes.
- Report deviations or equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
