Job description

We are currently looking for a full-time General Labourer/Fall Protection Installer to join our team. This is a very important role within our organisation and will work closely with site supervisors and the broader team.

No experience? That's okay, we can provide all the training you need to perform this role.

You will drive to job sites and install fall protection and scaffolding for our roofing teams, to ensure they are safe and secure. You will work as part of a small team but also independently when required. You must be able to take initiative to solve problems and communicate effectively with our office and clients. With a growing client base and variety of roof installations, this role will give you every opportunity to enhance your skills.

You must be able to:

  • Work unsupervised and part of a team
  • Show initiative and possess strong decision making skills
  • Perform manual labour efficiently and safely
  • Use job management software
  • Be reliable and a good communicator
  • Complete phone based safety forms in line with safety protocol
  • Log and keep track of jobs and work hours

Required qualifications:

  • Current Drivers license (mandatory)
  • White card (mandatory)
  • Medium/Heavy Rigid License (desirable)
  • Forklift License (desirable)
