Job Description

As a Solutions Architect at Bilue, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients' digital experiences. Blending deep technical expertise across backend, web, and mobile technologies with strong pre-sales and client engagement skills, you'll design modern, scalable solutions that solve real problems. From shaping proposals to presenting technical visions with clarity and confidence, you'll help turn ideas into impactful outcomes, ensuring every solution is aligned with our clients' goals and built to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

Architecture & Delivery

• Design end-to-end solutions spanning backend services, web applications, and native/hybrid mobile apps.
• Define system architectures, integration patterns, and technology stacks that balance scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to guide implementation and maintain architectural integrity through delivery.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code assessments, and performance tuning.

Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

• Partner with sales and account teams to qualify opportunities and shape winning proposals.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops to capture requirements and propose solutions.
• Create high-impact presentations, solution diagrams, and estimates that clearly communicate value to executive and technical audiences.
• Present technical strategies and respond to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring feasibility and competitive positioning.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business challenges into technology roadmaps.
• Mentor development teams and contribute to best-practice guidelines and reusable solution patterns.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and evaluate their fit for client needs.

Qualifications

About You

• 7+ years in software development or architecture roles, with demonstrable expertise across backend (e.g., .NET, , Java, or similar), web (modern JavaScript frameworks, REST/GraphQL APIs), and mobile (iOS, Android, or cross-platform) stacks.
• Proven track record designing cloud-native solutions (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Strong pre-sales experience: leading pitches, crafting proposals, estimating projects, and presenting to executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure Architect) are a bonus.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a consultative mindset.
• Confident presenter with polished interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-moving, client-facing environments.
