Agribusiness Admin Associate

Farmgate Agribusiness Finance is growing, and we're looking for someone grounded, organised, and genuine to join our team - preferably in the new year.

We're a farmer-first business that works with producers across Gippsland and beyond to help them build stronger, more sustainable operations. Every loan we write and every client we back comes down to relationships, and that's where this role comes in.

As our Agribusiness Admin Associate, you'll play a hands-on role in keeping things moving. From helping prepare loan files and collecting client documents to updating systems, tracking progress, and making sure the details are right, you'll be the person who keeps our brokers focused on what they do best: supporting farmers.

This role will start with admin and data entry but has room to grow. For the right person, that could mean taking on small loans, leading operations, or moving into broking down the track. We'll shape that journey around your capability and ambition.

• Can turn things around quickly and keep systems up to date
• Enjoys working in a small, close-knit team where initiative matters

This is a part-time role based in Bairnsdale, with hybrid flexibility as needed. Pay will align with award rate, depending on capability.
