Must-Haves

  • Certificate III in Carpentry (minimum)

  • Ability to read and execute architectural plans

  • High-quality workmanship and site presentation

  • Experience working with trades and subcontractors

  • Commitment to site safety

  • Ability to complete daily logs and basic project documentation

  • Solution-oriented mindset

  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle

  • Own tools of the trade
