Looking for a 5:4 roster with great pay and lifestyle benefits? Emeco is seeking an experienced Project Maintenance Supervisor with a Heavy Diesel Mechanical background to lead our team who keep our Gunnedah Open Cut Projects running.

Your Role:

  • Lead and supervise daily maintenance across mobile plant operations
  • Coordinate teams for breakdowns, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance
  • Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring, and support to your crew
  • Foster a strong safety culture on site
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to meet site targets
  • Ensure maintenance schedules and KPIs are achieved safely, on time, and on budget

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a mining environment
  • Strong mobile equipment maintenance background (diagnostics & repairs)
  • Relevant trade qualification
  • Knowledge of maintenance systems, reliability principles, and safety legislation
  • Proactive leadership with the ability to mentor and motivate teams
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence & full working rights
