Clinical Care Co ordinator

As the Clinical Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality, person-centered care for our residents. You will oversee clinical operations, support nursing staff, and maintain compliance with all relevant aged care standards and regulations.
Candidates must hold current Registered Nurse qualification.
A minimum of 3-5 years aged care nursing experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage AN_ACC and clinical care delivery across the facility.
- Lead and mentor nursing and care staff to achieve best practice outcomes.
- Essential leadership or supervisory experience is required for this coordinator role.
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements.
- Current AHPRA registration is required at commencement.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote holistic care.
- Monitor and manage clinical documentation, assessments, and care plans.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and accreditation processes.
Australian permanent residency is required for this position.
