Wildflour Bakery is seeking a skilled and passionate pastry Chef to join our team for a midnight start. The ideal candidate will have experience in artisanal baking, with a focus on high-quality breads, pastries, and biscuits. As a Pastry Chef at Wildflour, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of products from scratch, ensuring consistency, and maintaining our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of bread, pastries, and biscuits.
  • Follow established recipes and procedures to ensure product consistency.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and product offerings.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring all products are prepared in a sanitary environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Baker in a commercial bakery or similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to work early mornings and weekends.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
