About the Role

Join our team in a fast-paced sheet metal fabrication environment. We're looking for a skilled CNC Turret Punch Operator to run our computerised YAWEI turret punch machine. If you're detail-oriented, mechanically minded, and thrive in a hands-on role, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program and Operate Yawei CNC turret punch machine to fabricate sheet metal parts
  • Interpret technical drawings and work orders to ensure accurate production
  • Set up tooling and dies, load materials, and monitor machine performance
  • Inspect finished components for quality and dimensional accuracy
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with production team to meet deadlines

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years' experience operating CNC turret punch machines in a sheet metal environment
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and use measuring tools
  • Familiarity with Metalix / CAD CAM programming
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Physically fit and able to handle sheet metal materials safely
