About the role
We are seeking for Mixer/Batcher to join our manufacturing team at Guilda Pty ltd "ISO 9001 :2015" certified company, located in Wacol, Queensland. This full-time role is responsible for mixing and batching materials to precise specifications, ensuring the consistent and efficient production of our high-quality products.
What you'll be doing
- Measuring, weighing and mixing raw materials according to production recipes and specifications
- The ability to lift 25kg bags and a forklift license would be looked upon favourably
- Operating equipment to mix, blend and batch materials
- Monitoring the mixing and batching process to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintaining detailed records of mixing and stock of raw materials
- Proactively identifying and reporting any issues or irregularities
- Adhering to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
