Role Overview: One of our clients, Transglobal Enterprises Pty Ltd, is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to act as the critical link between their business objectives and technological solutions. In this role, your insights and analytical expertise will support strategic decision-making, ensuring that key projects align with both client requirements and broader organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose effective solutions.

Documentation: Develop clear and concise documentation, including business cases, functional specifications, and user stories. Project Support: Assist in project planning, monitoring, and execution to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Testing & Validation: Coordinate and participate in system testing to validate solutions meet business requirements.

Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative approaches to business challenges. What We're Looking

For: Experience: Minimum of 1 years in a Business Analyst role or related role. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks. Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
