New aesthetics clinic opening in Collingwood. We are a doctor led team specialising in natural and evidence based aesthetics treatments.

We are looking for a motivated medical receptionist / social media assistant to join our cosmetic clinic.

Minimum 1+ years of medical receptionist experience is required for this position.

Interest in skin care and beauty desirable

Key responsibilities:

Reception

• Warmly greet patients
• Discretely manage appointment details and ensure patient confidentiality
• Answer phone calls, organise bookings (via our platform timely) respond to emails and social media accounts
• Handle patients enquiries related to treatments and services (training provided)
• Manage stock - ordering, stocktaking, organising clinical rooms

Social media / marketing

• Assist with content creation
• Video and photo editing skills
• Support marketing campaigns (newsletters, patient offers etc)
