Synergie Australia is seeking Dockhands to join a fast-moving and supportive team based in Larapinta.

The important parts:

• AM Operations: 5:00AM start, finishing 1:00PM
• PM Operations: 12:00PM start, finishing 8:00PM
• Ongoing opportunities with consistent hours and training provided

What you will be required to do:

• Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment unloading freight and sorting parcels to support daily delivery operations.
• Unload parcels (1kg–30kg) from containers onto conveyor belts
• Use extendable conveyors to assist with unloading and minimise manual strain
• Sort, stack, scan, and wrap freight within the dock area
• Maintain consistent pace to meet daily KPIs
• Rotate through multiple warehouse positions once trained

To be successful in the role you will:

• Be able to complete and pass a pre-employment medical and physical assessment
• Demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and physical fitness
• Have attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a team
• Be comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
• Have full working rights in Australia
• Have access to reliable transport and the ability to get to work on time
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role
