At Sports Direct, we're passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience. We're looking for a Customer Liaison Supervisor to be the friendly face at the front of our store – welcoming customers, resolving challenges with confidence, and making sure every visit feels safe, positive, and memorable.

What you'll be doing:
  • Be a visible, welcoming presence at the front of the store.
  • Manage escalations, customer complaints, and inappropriate behaviour with calm authority.
  • Apply conflict resolution techniques to defuse aggression and keep the environment safe.
  • Conduct bag checks and monitor for potential theft, escalating incidents to Centre Management or police where required.
  • Take the lead in emergency response situations, ensuring safe practice at all times.
  • Role model professionalism and act as the go-to support when challenges arise.
What you'll bring:
  • Proven conflict-resolution skills and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
  • Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
  • A customer-first mindset balanced with a focus on safety and risk management.
  • Experience handling complaints and difficult conversations with confidence.
  • Personable, approachable, and a natural role model for others.
  • Available part time hours per week.
