We're looking for a motivated Plumbing Estimator to manage the pricing and tendering process for our commercial, industrial, residential and new build projects. You'll play a key role in ensuring our projects are accurately costed, profitable, and delivered to the high standard our clients know us for.

This full-time position is based in Wangaratta with working hours between 7am-3pm. You'll work closely with our administration and operations teams to prepare accurate quotes and tenders, build relationships with suppliers, and keep the estimating process running smoothly from start to finish.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents

• Completing take-offs, cost estimates, and detailed quotations

• Sourcing and evaluating supplier and subcontractor pricing

• Preparing and submitting tenders and handovers to the operations team

• Following up on quotes to maintain visibility and improve conversion

• Ensuring all pricing aligns with company budgets and margin targets

• Using job management software

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Estimator, or
  
  a qualified plumber looking to transition into estimating
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
• Proficiency with estimating or job management software
• A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to contribute to a great work culture
