About the Role

As a key member of the Cardiac Investigation Unit (CIS), you will use your clinical expertise to coordinate and lead the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role focuses on guiding nursing and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless care delivery, and fostering a culture of collaboration to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients undergoing cardiac investigative and invasive procedures.

You will be accountable for nursing and multidisciplinary practices within the unit, addressing gaps between policy and practice, and supporting the development of team performance. By nurturing a positive and professional work environment, you will play a pivotal role in promoting both patient safety and staff satisfaction, helping to ensure every patient receives care that is compassionate, consistent, and evidence-based.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced nursing professional who can lead teams, drive innovation, and deliver outstanding patient care.

• Registered or eligible Nurse/Midwife with strong post-registration experience
• Proven leadership skills with ability to foster staff development and teamwork
• Demonstrated experience in care review, change management, and innovation
• Sound knowledge of legislation, professional standards, and safety frameworks
