OSHC Coordinator – Djinda Dreaming Education - Quinns Rocks

Djinda Dreaming Education-Quinns Rocks is seeking a passionate and dedicated OSHC Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a culturally rich, inclusive environment that values connection to Country and community.

Djinda Dreaming is a proudly Aboriginal-owned organisation based in Perth, committed to preserving and sharing Noongar culture. Our childcare services are grounded in traditional knowledge and modern best practice, offering meaningful early learning experiences enriched by Aboriginal perspectives.

The Role

As a valued member of our team, you will:

  • Design and deliver engaging programs for children years of age.
  • Coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of the Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program
  • Ensuring a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment for all children
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve the OSHC program

Hours: 6.30am – 9:30am & 2:30pm – 6:30pm

Monday to Friday only — no weekend work

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Enthusiasm, creativity and a genuine passion for working with children
  • A current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Sound knowledge of the NQS and EYLF
  • Flexibility to work a spilt shift
  • A commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive practice
  • A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
