The Role

We're seeking a Storeman to manage materials handling (in-coming and outgoing), stores inventory, booking transport and yard organisation within our busy Laser Processing Division. This is a full-time, hands-on role suited to someone proactive, organised, and physically capable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect deliveries; organise incoming materials.
• Manage inventory accuracy and perform regular stocktakes.
• Prepare and package outgoing orders for delivery, pickup and booking freight.
• Operate forklifts and assist with physical movement of goods (indoor/outdoor).
• Maintain a clean, organised yard and warehouse area.
• Work closely with Laser and Fabrication teams to coordinate workflow.
• Support general workshop tasks as needed.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Proven experience in stores / warehousing / dispatch and yard coordination
• High-Risk Forklift Licence (LF) – essential.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills (stock/inventory systems).
• High attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on environment.
