About the role:

Skips and Scrap is currently looking for an experienced  Hook Truck driver based at our Tomago depot.

The truck driver position requires a committed, reliable and punctual candidate who can work well independently as well as in a team.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must

  • Hold a valid HR License (HC License more advantage)
  • Hook truck experience
  • Hold a valid Drivers License
  • Have the right to work in Australia
  • Full NSW Driving History
Skills & experiences:
  • Waste Industry or similar experience necessary
  • Understand all aspects of OH&S and comply
  • Display a high level of customer service
  • Have a sound knowledge of our service areas (Newcastle/ Central Coast/ Lower Hunter/ Port Stephens)
  • Display a high level of attention to detail
