Maintenance Fitter

RFC Plaster, is seeking a practical, multi-skilled Fitter & Turner to support our plaster manufacturing operations in Kilmore, Victoria.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor / Manager, you'll perform allocated maintenance, repair, and production support duties to keep our plant running safely and efficiently. Working as part of a small, supportive team, you'll carry out both preventative and breakdown maintenance in line with production schedules to ensure customer orders are met on time.

• Carry out mechanical fitting, maintenance and repair of production equipment.
• Diagnose faults and implement safe, timely solutions.
• Assist with machine changeovers, upgrades, and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain accurate records of parts, tools, and maintenance requests.
• Follow all site safety, quality, and environmental procedures.

• Trade-qualified Fitter & Turner or equivalent.
• Current Forklift Licence (required).
• Strong mechanical aptitude with sound fault-finding ability.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work collaboratively in a small team.
