With our brand-new, light-filled clinic designed for connection and play, we're ready to welcome a passionate Paediatric OT who's excited to grow, feel supported, and make a real difference — one co-regulation moment at a time.

The Role
- Provide 1:1 occupational therapy for children and their families
- Work across clinic, home, and school settings
- Build strong relationships with families, educators, and support teams
- Deliver thoughtful, functional therapy reports and co-create meaningful goals and strategies
- Collaborate with our small but passionate team through meetings, PDs, and case consults
- Option to participate in school holiday groups, workshops, and outreach
What Success Looks Like
- 20 face-to-face hours per week (full-time) with structured admin time
- Attend weekly 1:1 supervision and team meetings
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
- Develop or support one new program, resource, or group in your first 6 months
- Prioritise your own wellbeing take breaks, take leave, and ask for support when needed
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years' experience in paediatric OT
- Passion for working with neurodivergent children and families
- Strong clinical reasoning, playful creativity, and genuine connection with kids
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with sensory integration, emotional regulation, and developmental frameworks
- AHPRA registration, WWCC, driver's licence and car (for occasional school/home visits)
- Eligibility for a Medicare provider number
