Project Manager – $20M Education Build | South Coast NSW

Lead an education project on the South Coast. Long-term pipeline. Great team culture.

We're working with a well-established commercial builder with a strong footprint across regional NSW. They're kicking off a $20M education project on the South Coast and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take the reins.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, values autonomy, and wants to be part of a team that genuinely backs its people.

About the role:

You'll be responsible for the full project lifecycle—from early planning through to handover. You'll work closely with site teams, consultants, and clients to ensure delivery is on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee project planning, programming, and delivery
  • Manage subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
  • Drive safety, quality, and compliance across site
  • Lead progress meetings and reporting
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and the client

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering commercial projects $10M+
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of construction programming and contract administration
  • Ability to work regionally and lead site-based teams
  • Education sector experience is a bonus but not essential
