About the Role

This is a new full-time role to support our business growth. The ideal candidate will be located in either Sydney or Brisbane, where our client base is growing. However, for the right candidate, we might consider other locations Australia-wide.

This role will suit someone who has a genuine interest in creating business systems that facilitate organisational efficiency, effectiveness, sustainability and continual improvement.

Through the ISO Certification Experts graduate pathway you will become trained and skilled in developing, implementing, maintaining and auditing management systems to ensure our clients are ready for certification to the standard(s) that meet their needs.  

Our graduate pathway includes a thorough training program that includes our internal systems and processes, as well as providing you with internationally recognised training in the four main Management System Standards we work with:

• ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems
• ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems
• ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems
• ISO 27001:2022 Information Security Management Systems

What you'll be doing

• Assisting in delivery of allocated client projects to achieve 'certification readiness' to one or more ISO Standards including gap analysis and mapping business processes
• Assisting in internal audits on client systems and delivering findings and reports as per the ISO Standards' requirements
• Contributing to ensuring the Business Management System is applied in our workplace, and procedures are followed for all Quality, Information Security, Health & Safety, and Environmental requirements
• Assisting in the implementation of the developed management system through workshops and coaching with the client

About you

Qualifications:

Recent graduate with a qualification in business, management, environmental/sustainability, information or cyber security and/or workplace health and safety

Experience:

• Technology:

Highly developed computer literacy skills including the capacity to effectively use email, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation and project management software.

This role is primarily remote, so it is essential that you have a reliable and stable home internet connection and a safe, dedicated workspace that meets health and safety standards.

This role offers hybrid flexibility and travel to our Sydney office for team meetings and collaboration, as well as to client sites.
