Position Overview

As a Senior or Principal Civil Design Engineer, you'll play a key role in delivering major road and infrastructure projects and be supported to deliver projects as Design Manager or Project Manager.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver detailed civil designs (roads, intersections, pavements, drainage)
  • Ensure designs meet TMR and local government standards and project specifications
  • Work with multi-disciplinary teams including ITS, lighting and electrical
  • Contribute to project planning, QA, and coordination
  • Project and design management responsibilities with full guidance and support

Requirements

  • A four-degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent which is assessed/accepted by Engineers Australia
  • Strong experience in civil infrastructure design, particularly for TMR and local government
  • Drainage design experience highly regarded
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Eagerness to grow into leadership or project delivery roles
  • RPEQ or working towards registration
  • Current driver's license
