You'll be replacing a senior dentist and walk into full books and a waitlist.

Every dentist in this clinic is booked out weeks to months in advance, and Hygienists are also booked several months ahead.

This will be a career-defining opportunity as you'll have the potential to bill well-above-average Associate income, however that also comes as a result of you creating a top-notch patient experience.

Due to the demand for clinicians far outstripping the number of clinicians available, the practice is now hiring a Dentist to add tremendous value to the community.

Busselton is easily accessible to Perth, only a 2-2.5 hour drive away.

One of the senior clinicians is highly experienced in All-on-4 and implants. Everyone else is well-versed in cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, oral surgery. It is a collegiate environment where you'll have the opportunity to share and discuss cases amongst your four clinician colleagues.

The Principal has a fresh outlook and has built a warm and friendly culture, and is a people-person who prioritises patient experience and looking after the team.

ABOUT YOU

• Attitude matters most – you enjoy dentistry, passionate about it and you are a driven
• You're a patient-centric clinician, excellent communicator and relationship-builder;
• Whatever clinical skills and experience you have, you can bring to the table or be mentored/guided where needed – whether it's full mouth rehabs, implants, cosmetic, Invisalign or orthodontics or you've done your studies in those areas and want more hands-on experience and guidance
• You prioritise patient education and providing quality care
• You are a team player, you like working in collaborative environments where cases can be discussed amongst peers
• You have a friendly chairside manner and have the ability to communicate well and make anyone feel comfortable
• You may be open to performing (or learning) other complex dental procedures and you are comfortable performing general dental procedures
• You have AHPRA registration without conditions
• You hold current professional indemnity insurance
• You have a growth mindset and are always open to improvement and learning new things
