We hold customer service in high regard and expect our staff to go the extra mile to provide the best service in the industry. The independently owned and operated Victor Harbor store is seeking a CasualSales Assistant to join their team.

About the role

To be successful in this role, you will be an ambitious individual who is seeking a career in the paint industry. To succeed in this role you must be accurate, flexible, reliable, and possess the right attitude. Whilst industry experience is desirable, it is not essential. This is a physically demanding role so the successful applicant will need to be physically fit.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in all duties associated with the operation of a Trade, Retail and Industrial paint store. The Sales Assistant will have the ability to assume full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the store in the absence of a senior staff member, after training is completed.

Skills & Experience

The position involves assisting with all duties associated with the operation of the store. The successful applicant must be self-motivated, possess a very strong customer service focus and must be willing to work weekends.
