Lead the Kitchen at Dullboy's Rutherford – Where Food Meets Fun

Dullboy's Rutherford, a unique entertainment venue featuring bowling, arcade games, mini golf, and a full-service bar and restaurant, is looking for an experienced and driven Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations.

We're not your average restaurant — we serve high-quality, crowd-pleasing food in a fast-paced venue where great meals make great memories.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead, train, and inspire a team of kitchen staff
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control
  • Develop and maintain menu items that balance creativity with operational efficiency
  • Oversee inventory, food costs, and kitchen scheduling
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager & Events Manager
What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and cost control practices
  • Creativity, passion, and a hands-on work ethic
  • Experience in casual dining, entertainment venues & events.
