ARE YOU THE PERFECT FIT?

  • Fully qualified mechanic with over 5 years of hands-on experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • A natural problem solver
  • Strong work ethic and drive to exceed performance goals
  • Highly self-motivated and confident working independently
  • Expert at planning and organising jobs for maximum efficiency
  • Sharp attention to detail and skilled at identifying additional work during diagnostics
  • Holds a current full driver's license
  • Available Monday to Friday and rotational Saturday morning shifts

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Perform servicing, repairs, and maintenance on new and used vehicles
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues with precision and expertise
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship on every job
  • Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation
  • Follow dealership procedures and standards, particularly for warranty work
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist at the front desk when needed
  • Stay up to date with dealership products, services, and technical updates
  • Maintain workshop tools and equipment in top working condition
  • Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
  • Gain valuable experience through hands-on training and mentorship from management
