Occupational Therapist

• Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner
• Assess clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
• Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client
• Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based
• Provide support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities
• Recommend the provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and to promote independence

• PD opportunities (in-house) - 3 x weekly professional development sessions + online learning hub + guest speakers + in-house leadership development programs + access up to $10,000/year (if you are based at our clinics in Bowral or Goulburn) for attending PD events through the NSW Rural Doctors Network

• Considerable experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably across a diverse range of clients
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Valid drivers licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle
• Genuine passion for working in the disability sector

• Degree qualified Occupational Therapist
• Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
