About the position:

Tynan has a rarely offered opportunity to join our very long standing collaborative accounts team

The Accounts Clerk position will be based in Taren Point and offered on a full time basis Monday to Friday, with flexible start & finish times on offer for the right candidate.

Responsibilities will include:

• Assist with accounts payable

• Processing deals

• Maintain accurate records of finances and transactions, ensuring compliance and clarity

• Reconcile accounts

• Handle invoicing

• Reporting

• You will support other finance account functions such as: Demo set ups, stock swaps and costing cars.

About you:

• Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar finance or administration role

• Strong computer skills

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Experience with accounting systems and invoice processing highly regarded (but not essential)
