Hours: Full-time (Mon–Fri) – No weekends | Part-time negotiable

Goldsmith Street Surgery is a well-established, family-run rural practice that takes pride in delivering patient-centred care in a welcoming, supportive environment. We're currently seeking a Registered Nurse to step into a key clinical role alongside our small team of dedicated health professionals.
As our Practice Nurse, you'll play a vital part in delivering quality care and improving health outcomes for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Chronic disease management and care planning
- Health checks, screening, and patient education
- Assisting GPs with minor procedures and wound care
- Stock ordering and administrative support
- Collaborating closely with GPs, our onsite Dietitian, and the wider team
You'll be supported by an experienced Practice Manager and a friendly team that values teamwork, initiative, and flexibility.
What We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who is proactive, organised, and calm under pressure. You'll need:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of organisation
- A flexible, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt and prioritise
- IT proficiency (experience with Medical Director and Pracsoft is an advantage but not essential)
- A commitment to patient care and ongoing learning
- Be part of a close-knit, supportive team where your contributions are valued
